Petter Nordahl's Offline NT Password and Registry Editor or chntpwd utility is very good at resetting passwords for accounts in Windows NT, 2000, XP and Vista. About the only thing you really need to be aware of is whether or not the account you are going to reset is encrypted with EFS. If so, you might lose data!
