Johnny Helpdesk was intended to provide a creative outlet for some of my thoughts and ideas on various IT issues. It is my hope that others will find some of the articles and resources on the website useful and interesting.

I currently hold a BSc(Hon) degree and an CCNA, Security+, Network+, A+ and MCP certification. I have experience with deskside support, server support, networking support, various other IT technologies, computing languages and various web CMS frameworks such as Typo3 and Joomla.

I am enjoying the consulting and support work this website is bringing my way!
